Powdered Ice Cream - Lemon Sorbet

Step 1: Mix water in the measuring jug almost up to the max line.

Step 2: Pour all the powder from the bag into it.

Step 3: Shake well. It is essential to shake very well so that all the powder dissolves.

Step 4: Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours.

Step 4: Put the ice cream mixture into the machine available at home. NOTE that the ice cream needs to go into a machine to become soft and good.
